Booking

Requests start with the booking form on the website. I'll reply by email to confirm availability, location, and the details of your shoot.

  • Your date isn't held until the shoot is confirmed by me in writing.
  • A deposit may be required to secure your date. It is applied toward your final total.
  • Please share the number of people or vehicles, location, and any ideas up front so I can plan properly.
02

Payment

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot unless we've agreed on something different. Current rates are on the pricing page.

  • Final images are released once payment is complete.
  • Travel outside of Polk County may include an additional fee, which I'll quote before you book.
03

Cancellations & rescheduling

Life happens. Please let me know as early as you can if your plans change.

  • Rescheduling: notify me at least 24 hours ahead and we'll find a new date, subject to availability.
  • Cancelling: deposits are non-refundable once a date is confirmed, since that time is held for you.
  • Late arrivals: the session ends at its scheduled time. Arriving late may shorten your shoot.
  • No-shows: sessions missed without notice may be forfeited.
04

Weather

Most of my work happens outdoors in Florida, and the weather doesn't always cooperate. If there is rain, lightning, or unsafe heat, we'll reschedule at no extra charge. I may suggest moving a shoot if conditions would hurt the quality of the photos or put anyone at risk.

05

Delivery

  • Photos are delivered digitally through an online gallery, download link or, via text.
  • Turnaround depends on the type of shoot and the time of year. I'll give you an estimate when you book.
  • Galleries are available for a limited time, so please download and back up your images soon after receiving them.
06

Editing & selection

I choose and edit the strongest images from every shoot in my own style, with attention to color, light, and mood. Unedited or outtake files are not shared. Small touch-ups, such as blemish cleanup, are included. Heavy retouching or composites may be quoted separately.

07

Usage rights

I retain copyright to all images I create. Delivered photos come with a license for personal use.

  • Personal use: print, share on social media, and display at home. Please tag @brucefx.1 when posting.
  • Commercial use: advertising, resale, or business promotion requires a separate license. Just ask.
  • No edits: please don't apply filters, crop, or alter the images in a way that changes my edit.
  • Portfolio use: I may use photos from your session on my website, social media, and promotional materials. If you'd prefer I don't, let me know before the shoot.
08

Events, racing & safety

Automotive, racing, and airshow shoots take place at active venues with their own rules.

  • Clients are responsible for permits, access, and permission to photograph at private or restricted locations.
  • Follow all instructions from venue staff, track officials, and safety personnel.
  • I may stop or pause a shoot if conditions become unsafe for anyone involved.
  • Vehicle owners are responsible for the condition and safe operation of their vehicles.

Bruce Visual Co. isn't liable for injury, damage, or loss that occurs during a shoot. If something prevents me from delivering your photos, such as equipment failure or illness, I'll reschedule or refund what you've paid for the session.
